20 Minute Fatburning Yoga

I found this amazing yoga instructor, Sadie Nardini, from Youtube. I discovered it and had to show Michael. I love that she tells you exactly when to breathe. I would say that her yoga poses are not traditional, but they are totally fun. You should totally try it and let us know how you like it (:


I usually stop the video a little before it ends and listen to yoga music for 15-45 minutes in corpses pose and meditate.
