How I use my calendar:
- Each sticker corresponds to something I did
- 1 sticker for working out that day
- 1 sticker for eating well
- 1 sticker = $1 (towards healthy living/workouts)
- I add up my stickers for the previous month and put it in the corner (so I know how much I have total)
- Subtract when I bought something
- FitBit One
- Balega work out socks
- Brooks running shoes
- Yoga mat
- Cork yoga blocks
- resistance bands
